We accept orders by credit card or PayPal on our website 24/7 or via our toll-free telephone line at 1-888-247-4811 during business hours.

Our normal hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday and Wednesday, and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you call during non-business hours or if you reach our answering machine, please leave a message. We appreciate your call and will get back to you as promptly as possible.

Price Changes

Prices on the Funny Tots website are subject to change without notice. (That's much easier than notifying everyone in the country before we change a price!) Please contact us if you have any questions about our prices.

When you purchase any 3 or more items per order, we'll ship them FREE OF CHARGE! For 1 or 2 items we charge a flat shipping/handling rate of just $5.95. The free shipping and the $5.95 flat rate apply for delivery to one U.S. address, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders for in-stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders generally take 2 to 4 business days to reach their destination, once shipped. If an item is backordered, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

We currently ship to destinations in the United States only.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Funny Tots, you may return any or all items for a full and prompt refund, less original shipping cost, within fifteen (15) days of receipt. To do so, you must first request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us by phone (888-247-4811) or email at returns@funnytots.com. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be refused or charged a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Of course, if we are replacing a defective or incorrectly shipped item, or processing an exchange for a different size, we will ship back to you free of charge. Returned items must be in new condition and cannot have been worn, washed, or spat-up upon! We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items.
